Once an order leaves the possession of Nikk Drips and is accepted by the shipping carrier, Nikk Drips no longer has control over the package, shipping speed, delivery timeline, or carrier-related delays. Any delays caused by the postal service, weather, transportation issues, or other circumstances beyond our control are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost, missing, misdelivered, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at support@nikkdrips.com and provide the following:
Order number
Full name
Contact information
Tracking number
Clear photographs of any damaged products and packaging, if applicable
Customers should also contact their local postal service and verify the delivery status of the shipment. If tracking indicates that a package was delivered, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, property management, or other individuals who may have accepted the package on your behalf.
Most USPS Ground Advantage shipments include up to $100 of insurance coverage through USPS for eligible lost, missing, or damaged packages. As the purchaser of the shipping label, Nikk Drips may file eligible insurance claims with USPS on behalf of customers when appropriate. Customers are expected to cooperate throughout the claims process and provide any information or documentation requested by USPS or Nikk Drips in a timely manner.
Please note that USPS claim decisions are made solely by USPS. Approval, denial, claim processing times, and reimbursement amounts are determined by USPS and are outside the control of Nikk Drips. We cannot guarantee the outcome of any insurance claim, nor can we guarantee a refund, replacement, reshipment, or store credit.
Any refund, replacement, reshipment, or store credit issued in connection with a lost, missing, misdelivered, stolen, or damaged package is at the sole discretion of Nikk Drips and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Packages marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier may be considered delivered by Nikk Drips. If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly, please contact your local postal service as soon as possible.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Nikk Drips is not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.
For additional information regarding USPS insurance coverage, claim eligibility, and filing deadlines, customers are encouraged to review USPS insurance claims guidelines. USPS generally requires claims for lost packages to be filed no later than 60 days from the mailing date. Claims for damaged items or missing contents should be reported and filed as soon as possible, but no later than 60 days from the mailing date.
At Nikk Drips, we value our customers and believe in open communication. If you experience any shipping-related issues, please reach out to us as soon as possible. While some circumstances are outside of our control once a package is in the hands of the carrier, we will do our best to assist and provide guidance throughout the process.
